Filet of dover sole - a true freezer find here in Vegas. I grab the filets when I see them and then this is one of my favorite meals to make with it.
Layer a few filets on the bottom of a greased Pyrex pan , top with your favorite stuffing, layer remaining dover sole on top. Melt butter with dill seasoning and some lemon juice and pour over top. Bake for about 18 minutes and squeeze fresh lemon on top - sooo good.

🍄🍗Shiitake Mushroom Chicken🍗🍄

This freezer find from TJ’s has been around for a long time and it’s still going strong because it’s easy and delicious.
Be forwarded you can’t just through the contents in a frying pan and cook, you need to separately defrost both the sauce packet and the solids individually- then it’s a one pan wonder.

The sauce is so delicious on this one and it has shiitakes, edamame and green beans with the chicken.

“When Life Gives you Lemons Make Ice Cream” - Ice Cream

The one bought is in my freezer still but I got to try this last night at a friends house and whoa 11/10 this is a keeper! A good to for a taste of summer. The memo flavor is perfect in the ice cream with an extra lemon swirl and the bonus is the chopped up shortbread cookie bites. This is refreshing and comfortable all in one! Amazing on it’s own straight from the carton BUT we discovered the ultimate pairing with this ice cream was a homemade lemon olive oil cake- soooo good! ( I need that recipe @dhiga44 !)

BBQ Black Pepper Toscano Chopped Salad Kit

The crunchy mix of Green and red cabbage, carrots, broccoli stalks, and kale are tossed with teeny, tiny, cornbread croutons and black pepper toscano cheese and then add the crown jewel , the barbecue sweet onion dressing- perfection!
