We are all set up and rocking here at the festival at the desert breeze event complex! Come get a taco, a tamale, a shot of tequila, and a michelada and put our hot sauce on all of them! The Sting goes excellent in micheladas and the blueberry tamales with the blue dragon is on another level! Come discover why everyone is going crazy for this sauce and this festival! We are the only hot sauce vendor on site!

A super quick way to make a semi-aioli type sauce is to just take the hot sauce and mix it into your favorite mayonnaise. The first image shows about how much I used of each and the second image shows the blended resulting color. Perfect for spreading on a sandwich especially for breakfast variety sandwiches. "The Blü Dragon Hot Sauce"

A blend of firey peppers and exotic fruits and spices. Blueberries and dragonfruit combine to create a melange of flavor that pairs with the heat and complexity of the carplina reaper and ghost peppers. A hint of lemon, cinnamon, and blue agave rounds out the flavor profile. Pairs equally well with a meal as well as dessert. Try it on cheesecake or vanilla ice cream, you won't be disappointed!
