Nebrodini Mushrooms- Native to Sicily, this mushie is incredibly rare, THICK and has a lovely fruity scent, almost like an apricot.

Nameko Mushrooms- Cousin of the Pretzel Cap, this one is crunchy, a little slimy, fruity and fun!
