Unlike traditional farms where farms have acres of land LV Microgreens is a โModern Local Urban Vertical Grow Farmโ that plans our growing capabilities based on square feet not acres of land. We offer zero greenhouse emissions simply due to the fact we have no gas or diesel driven machinery as this is a local โUrban Vertical Grow Farmโ not a traditional farm. Additionally we are proud to say our greens are grow Organically using only Organic methods as we do not use traditional soil in our grow processes, zero chemicals and zero GMOโs!
When LVMicrogreens was born in April 2020 we set out to create a โClean and Modern Vertical Grow Farmโ purely unlike traditional grow farms and the processes they use. Due to Covid-19 we are seeing increased vegetable prices and many vegetable shortages across the industry and around the globe which led us to take the necessary steps to eliminate this shortage by growing Microgreens for our local Las Vegas communities. As a local Urban Grower / Supplier of Microgreens we proudly cater to chefs at local restaurants and YOU :) in almost all cases our Microgreens are delivered the very same day they are harvested therefore we offer the freshest greens possible to our customers. NO lag time, NO sitting on a shelf & NO opportunity for your greens to become old and wilted. Our Microgreens are DELICIOUSLY FRESH and remember grown in Las Vegas in a temperature controlled facility.
