Wow, it seems like yesterday we were running musubi platters out of & apartment. I cannot believe it's been 3 years of eating together! I’ve been going back and forth about making this 3 year anniversary post but you guys deserve it! It's all because of you that we’ve become a brand that people adore! There have been so many memories on this journey that I will never forget.

Once again, thank you, thank you, thank you! Here's to three years of incredible flavors, unforgettable moments, and a community that shares a deep love for good grub. Cheers to many more years of eating together and creating memories!

It has officially been one year since has jumped on the NEATS team full time. He has helped perfect existing recipes and also added a bunch of delicious cool items to our catering menu. He has been a huge support for me. He has battle the heat behind the grill & the gnarly Vegas summer temperatures. Wouldn't be able to do all things we do at NEATS without him.
