So I have 3 spaces open for new brews, I'm thinking a Pina colaDIPA V2 fermented boogaloo, a GF shock top clone, and something to round out that 3rd spot. Any requests or ideas?

Definite slight chicken flavor. Still needs something to bring the whole thing together, spice? Maple extract?

Brew day #2 question!

Going to be a full brew day instead of an extract brew, so add around an hour/90 mins additional to the brew.

"Doin' dumb s**t" - chicken and waffles India pale lager ~6% abv

What day should we pick?

Saturday 29th, memorial day weekend 👍
Saturday 5th, first weekend of June ❤️

Smash or clash is kegged and carbing up now, haven't done a taste test yet so we see!

Made a sorghum, flaked corn, lactose, and idaho 7 beer fermenting with voss kviek. Going to add some graham and cherry extract when fermentation wraps up. Breakfast cereal cream ale maybe?
