Time to do some grillin' since we haven't done a BBQ comp in awhile. Dry aged a rib eye and it only took 30 days. Sad part after the trimming it only made 3 steaks but looks perfect😉.

Didn't get too many completions in this year, but we saved the best for last. Come join us on Fremont street tonight for the chili cook-off and tomorrow for some amazing BBQ from some of the best teams.
