Lombardo (Garlic Salami):
An intensely flavored salami thanks to a robust combination of garlic wine and black pepper.
Norcia (Pepper Crusted Salami):
Pork blended with fine Italian seasoning, dry cured, naturally aged and rolled in coarse black pepper for an intensely deep, rich, musky flavor.
Hot Capicola:
Pork shoulder trimmed, seasoned and cured before being fully cooked. An interpretation of the traditional preparation of this spicy product found in Rome and Calabria.
