From concept design and development, financial underwriting, training, and openings to daily oversight and operational management, we have strategically and tactically led numerous projects for our clients worldwide. Ten years ago, we started 34th Floor Hospitality with one idea: "Restaurants have more than ever a social responsibility to connect people in a real and authentic way." This journey started with friends and will continue with friends. This is a new chapter for 34th Floor Hospitality Power by Thank you to our partners for your trust Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, Stockdale Capital Partners and many more.

34th Floor Hospitality will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Schulte, with 34th Floor co-founders overseeing operations for the new group.
