Clayton Street Barbecue

Clayton Street Barbecue Clayton Street Barbecue is an Family Owned business. The 80+ year old recipe, food preparation and creativeness have been passed down through the generations.

Clayton Street Barbecue derives from the backyard barbecues and family get together on Clayton Street in North Las Vegas, NV. All meats are rubbed with house rub, marinated for 24 to 36 hrs and smoked with maple wood, up to 16 hrs depending on the meat. These methods gives the meat(s) a tender and flavorful tasting experience to your taste buds. And to top it all off with our house barbecue sauce. So good you'll want to drink it. Here at CSB (Clayton Street Barbecue), we want you to experience the best in Barbecue and we bring it to you with a whole lot of love. Enjoy and thank you for patronizing.
