You can often find him ‘out and about’ in Las Vegas on the Strip, in Downtown, West Side, East Side, South Side, and in any one of a number of obscure local hangouts. He decided to create this site not to compete with the 100′s of “Las Vegas Blogs” but as a response to countless pe

ople asking him how he ends up in all the places that he does, and as an outlet for him to both teach and learn. This is not a “How-to-Vegas” or “Local Vegas for Dummies” but an introspective into the Beverage World in Las Vegas by a native of Las Vegas. One cannot solely write about Beverage without there being a culinary aspect involved. Many posts will include and sometimes be all about food. But the main subject of this blog will always be: Bars, Lounges, Beer, Spirits, Wines, and Mixology. From time to time, he may even include some of my own personal recipes, secrets, and names to drop.
