Angeline's Gourmet Oatmeal Cookies the story behind ANGELINE'S GOURMET OATMEAL COOKIES started in 2006, when Cleo was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.

after becoming educated about the disease, she learned that oatmeal help stabilize the blood sugar, so she shared this info with G, and he was instantly inspired and convinced that he could create an oatmeal diabetic-friendly cookie for her. being raised by a down-home-cooking-baking mother, there was no doubt he would make some delicious cookies--and he did. G began baking a variety of oatmeal co

okie flavors, sharing and getting feedback from friends and family, and everyone loved them, so much so, they encouraged him to pursue the cookies as a business. although he was not convinced, he continued to bake for the enjoyment and positive feedback. then on Mother's Day 2007, G lost his only sister, Angie, in relation to kidney complications. naturally grief put a hold on his desire to bake until a couple of sistafriends, at the time, suggested he name the cookies after his sister. emotionally re-inspired, G began to bake again, and has been doing so ever since for the purpose of the loving honor and memory of his sister Angeline-affectionately known as Angie!! the inspiration started with the love for Cleo, but the purpose and passion continues for the love of Angie!!!

Angelines will be at Biaggio's Pizzeria, 4235 S Forte Apache, from 6-9 p.m. tomorrow introducing "The Biaggio" specialty cookie--a gourmet sugar-free oatmeal cookie, with fresh blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, baked bananas, no salt or preservatives!! for individuals without dietary restrictions, we will offer our Berry White and L'Vsss oatmeal cookies for your enjoyment!!

good evening Friends and Family!!! i know it's been a long time since we've provided an update. after jumping through a few hurdles, we are so very happy to announce that Angeline's completed 1 of 2 major steps to becoming fully licensed and compliant here in Las Vegas: today our plan review meeting with the Health Dept. was approved, the next and final step is our health inspection scheduled for July 11th. after we pass inspection, we look forward to putting Angeline's on store shelves--perhaps a store near you :-) !
