It’s been a minute. Hope all of you are living your neighbors.

I have been having fun with sourdough. I made so much starter that I needed to dehydrate a batch.

Last year I decided to venture into the world of sourdough. I am gluten intolerant but seemed to do okay when eating sourdough. By trial and error, I found a loaf bread recipe that everyone enjoys. A dirty little secret that could change your life.

Did you know that your dishwasher has a filter and it needs to be cleaned?

When we moved into our home a few months ago our dishwasher was caked with hard water residue and the filters were clogged.

After replacing the filters with new ones and cleaning the dishwasher using various techniques that I found online, thank you Youtube, my dishes are sparkling. (CLR, vinegar) I do clean my filter at least once a week. It is a simple process.
