We know that breastfeeding is no easy task. When our daughter was born we had a very rough go at feeding. She had a hard time latching and because of that she wasn't getting anything. She became hysterical and we made the decision to formula feed. Over the next few weeks we kept trying and she finally got it! We did, however, continue to give formula and allow her to breastfeed on demand; it was what worked and still works for us. Over time I noticed my supply dropping and I set out on a mission to do whatever I could to keep on breastfeeding, and that's where Goodies from Grace's Kitchen came from! I tried everything until finding what really worked and wasn't overkill with taking supplements all day long...simply being a mom is busy enough. One to two cookies a day was all I needed. So easy and did I mention they're delicious?! How can we help you?

We're going to start testing some new flavors soon! We're thinking peanut butter oatmeal with peanut butter chips and Reece's Pieces, chocolate chocolate oatmeal with white, dark and milk chocolate pieces made with almond butter, and a cranberry white chocolate oatmeal cookie made with almond butter. What do you think?!

Breastfeeding burns over 500+ calories a day! This is why it's important to eat healthy for both benefit of mommy and baby.

My lactation cookies average at 200 calories per cookie. 1, 2, or even 3 a day can replace those lost calories that you need. The all-natural ingredients also provide you with good, healthy fats that you need to produce breastmilk. (Thanks peanut butter!)
