One of our new favorite salads, “the ring salad” … it’s shaped like a ring. I know we get really creative with our names 🤣

We are gearing up for a wild September. It feels like we haven’t had a month like this since 2019 so we are stoked.
Have you checked out Illuminarium yet?? Their rooms literally take you to completely new environments. Our favorite is the African Safari!
We are also proud to be their preferred caterer for events. If you want an awesome holiday party, I recommend checking them out.
Have you tried our Tahini Yogurt Hummus Dip?? It’s swirled with a garlic beet purée and a curry acorn squash purée and served with freshly baked crostinis. This is one of the many dishes that can be found on our Small Plates Station.
Who remembers our dessert Crunchwrap supreme from one of our pop ups?? We are doing another pop up July 29th with a F L O W E R theme. There’s only a couple of tables left. Link on our bio.
Who’s ready for a baked sushi station?? Still in the concept stage but it’s coming!

Our favorite events are those that tickle our creative side. I mean, tickling is fun in all forms 😂. This is our recreation of a broccoli cheddar soup. It’s a broccoli cheddar pie, roasted romanesco, pickled shallot purée, table side cheddar bechamel.

Our Elevated Fast Food Pop Up was everything we hoped for; challenging, fun and got all of our creative vibes going! Check out the 6 courses we served to represent Taco Bell, chic-fil-a, sonic, Panda Express, Panera bread.
Our next pop up is one week away. Friday, October 16th at 7pm. We will be doing mystery basket where guests choose the main ingredients for the evening. If you haven’t tried our weekender meals yet, here’s how it works. We create oven ready meals for 2 each week which you can order. Every Monday, we post that weeks menu. Order by Wednesday of the current week to pick up on Friday of that week. Each order comes with heating instructions to make our meals super easy to reheat. Every once in a while we get to be a part of life changing events like this one for Official: Grant a Gift Autism Foundation. It was amazing to see so many different companies and kind hearted people come together to raise awareness and money for children affected with autism. We'd like to give a special thank you to M Place Productions for putting together this video for us.
Our story is pretty simple. 8 years ago we saw an opportunity in the food and beverage industry; a need for change. Restaurants and bars were constantly evolving, but the catering industry seemed to be stuck in an unimaginative and outdated slump. Why couldn't catering be creative, innovative, trend setting and be a highlight of an event rather than something that guests just expected? So we set out on a mission to disrupt the industry and reset expectations by having a mindset of what we call “experiential catering”, where guests leave every event being wowed by not only the taste of the food, but the way it was served, the way we had them interact with it and the memory they leave with. That has been our goal the past 8 years and it has worked. We are the preferred caterer at the majority of Las Vegas event venues, we’ve won numerous accolades including best caterer in Nevada by multiple award groups and even been deemed a top 100 company in Nevada. We won't stop there, we will continue to push, innovate and please and we hope the next time it’s with you.
