Today is officially my 30th day on my Juice Fast. Starting weight was 219 ending weight is 197. (30 Days). I'm going definitely another 15 days minimum. Possibly another 30. My weight loss goal for this juice feast is 30 pounds. I incorporated fruit juices for my breakfast juice so it slowed the weight loss a bit. Needless to say for the remainder of the fast. It's vegetable juices only. Lol. Anyway. If you have questions or you're wanting to give juicing a try. Shoot me a message or leave a comment.

This is how I'm able to juice my vegetables once a day without losing essential nutrients through oxidation. Using the single serving technique with a squeeze of lemon makes the juice preserved for 12 hours against nutrient lose. The less you have to juice and clean your juicer the more likely you'll stick with the fast.

Carrots to Greens ratio that works best for me. 50oz all day juice.

Carrots
Spinach
Kale
Bok Choy Cabbage
Cabbage
Chard
Celery
Cucumber
Apples
Watermelon
Parsley
Mint
Ginger

You can see the juice is still very green. If your juice is orange you have to many carrots.

30 pounds in 30 days! I'm officially done with the exclusive juice feast. Now baby steps to phase 2 of my whole foods and a primarily vegetable diet. I'm calling it my 80/20 whole food lifestyle. 80 percent vegetables, 20 percent protein on a plate. Then calorie in calorie out cardio. I won't be blogging recipes or anything on here because of the fasters reading this blob. I thank everyone for there support and nice comments at work and around. It made it easier to reach my goals. Anyone that is trying the juice feast/fast. Stick with it. Your body will more than reward you. I can't stress enough on how awesome I feel. It's like I had an opportunity to trade in my body for a newer one. Unfortunately they were out of taller models :/. I'll be answering questions if you have any. Enjoy you're juicing! ~ Fury
