This horse trailer build has taken a little longer than I expected.
There have been setbacks, tears, unexpected expenses, and plenty of moments where I’ve asked myself if starting all over from the bottom is even worth it.
It’s easy to look around and feel like there’s no room left for you. Like everyone is already doing what you’re trying to do. But the truth is, there can be a million businesses offering the same thing, and nobody will ever be you.
Authenticity is what makes the difference.
So if you’ve noticed missed calls, delayed orders, closed ordering, or a little silence from us lately, just know we’re behind the scenes building something special.
We could have bought a standard food trailer and been serving coffee months ago. Instead, we chose to rebuild something with our own hands. Something with history. Pieces that belonged to our grandparents. Something that tells a story.
This trailer is being brought back to life and transformed into something new.
The road hasn’t been easy, but the things worth having rarely are.
We’re not disappearing. We’re rebuilding.
And when we come back just in time for the fiestas it’ll be with something that was built from faith, hard work, family, and a whole lot of determination.
Thank you for sticking with us. The comeback is going to be worth the wait. 🤎☕
