Lianamae's Cake Nook I always liked being in the kitchen. Trying or experimenting with cooking or baking always excites me. Hence, the "baking crazy" began. Who would have thought?!

It's always nice when you get great feedback by the stuff that you make. :)

August of 2012 was when I started "baking crazy" (as one of a dear friends puts it). I was trying to order a special made-to-order cake to surprise my daughter on her 11th Birthday, went to a few different grocery bake shops and specialty bake shops but to no avail. It's either they can't do it or it's way too expensive f

or my budget. And so, I made a promise to myself that for the next birthday(s) of my girls, I WILL DO IT MYSELF. Today, I probably baked over a hundred yummy cakes and I'm loving it! I'm a happy baker!!! God is good!
