Bonding with your child through shared sports creates a lasting, positive connection by prioritizing fun and skill development over winning. Sports have always been about more than wins and losses. Not everyone can become a pro athlete and be sponsored by a famous energy brand.

As parents, we show up to support our kids, but somewhere along the way, when your kids wear your clothes, even if they are way too big for them, like here in this video with Luis and his dad, it’s a moment of magic.

These moments will not last forever once we grow older. But the memory of it will last a lifetime. Not only for the child but also for the parent. It is generally a normal part of development, often driven by a desire to emulate a parent.

In moments like this, it’s the father-son or mother-daughter or vice versa connection that builds a loving relationship through sports that really matters. In those most cherished memories, you can never put a price tag on.

"Moon water" is created by placing a glass container filled with namaste water or any other quality clean spring water or purified water outside, or on a windowsill overnight during a full moon to absorb its energy.

Many traditions believe this lunar phase "charges" water with potent, cleansing, and transformative energy, often used in rituals for emotional or spiritual renewal, using namaste water to connect with the moon's cycles is a possibility to feel it’s energy and have a moment during this time with your inner self.

February’s full moon is known as the Snow Moon, as the second month of the year has historically held the highest levels of snowfall in the Northern Hemisphere.

Full moons are points of culmination, bringing into bright irrefutable view the tension between our inner needs and external demands.In their high shine, full moons intensify emotions and illuminate what can no longer be ignored or endured.

Leo rules the heart, and under this moon, we are encouraged to get quiet, listen close to that vital drum beat, and be brave enough to believe that love is a self-renewing resource we need not compete, perform, or beg for and that our own rhythm was born to pound in accordance with the highest octave of the human experience. All for one, one for all.
