High Steaks Vegas will host viewing parties every Saturday evening through June and July (excluding June 20) during the America250 fireworks celebrations on the Las Vegas Strip. Offering panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline, the restaurant’s patio offers a premier vantage point to take in the celebration while enjoying handcrafted cocktails and live music in honor of America’s 250th anniversary.

7–10 p.m. – Patio activation featuring specialty drinks by micologist Adam Rains and live music from Jonny Hazard and others.
9 p.m. – America 250 Fireworks display

Patio is open seating/standing. Reservations are recommended for dining.
