I’m Carmela 👋
I started The Mixer because it was the perfect combination of my expertise — cocktailing, event bartending, and catering — all things I genuinely love.
My goal is simple: to bring a beautiful, elevated bar setup and provide a professional bar service so memorable that your guests consider us one of the highlights of the event. 🍸
I want to bring every client’s bar vision to life, whether it’s an intimate celebration, a milestone birthday, a wedding, or a large-scale event.
I also genuinely love engaging with people, and event bartending gives me the opportunity to create those little moments of connection that make an event feel special. To me, it’s never just about serving drinks — it’s about creating an experience.
After years of working in the event and hospitality industry, I’ve learned that the details matter. The presentation, the service, the energy, and the way your guests feel when they walk up to the bar all make a difference.
