The Camas Prairie may be the most profound malt barley growing region in the World. High elevation, clear and cool nights, above average rainfall and excellent people combine to make it extraordinary. I am very proud to work with growers in this region to market the finest quality malt and specialty grains available today!

This is one of our favorite places! 30 years ago Farmers in the Palouse Region made a commitment to preserving our rivers and streams through better farming practices to reduce erosion! Today I spent a fair amount of time trying to come up with a word to describe the balance between ecosystem and farm stewardship. Can anyone help me with this ?
