After a few months break we have been able to secure two new spring butcher dates. These dates will be March 20, 2024 and April 17, 2024 both at Chenoa Locker in Chenoa, IL . This is a great investment in providing quality meat for your family and what a better time to do it with income tax returns right around the corner. When following our website link below you will see the option to either purchase a whole or half hog once you click on that you can select your butcher date at time of purchase. We also have our CSA program available with Maddox Sweet Corn Farm which would provide you with quality produce to compliment your fresh pork throughout the summer.
