Hello friends! As market season starts up, we wanted to apologize for our absence from local markets. We currently don’t have any beef or pork ready for sale, and because quality is our top priority, we don’t want to sell any product that is less than great. Even though we don’t have any beef now, come this fall we will have one steer ready for market. We are planning to sell him in halves or whole. If you are interested, please PM us! Thank you all for all you support, and we hope to see you as we continue to shop at local markets! 😊

We’re super excited to be at the market this Saturday! We wanted to show y’all one of our favorite recipes, slow smoked burnt ends, made with our delicious kebab meat!

Season the beef and smoke on 225 for 2 hours, the place into a pan with half beef broth and half your favorite BBQ sauce and finish cooking for another hour! If you try it make sure to let us know what you think!
