We’re looking for an experienced cook who knows their way around a kitchen.
Here’s what we do at Scotty G’s:
🍕 Fresh dough made here
🍕 Pizza dough rolled out by hand
🔥 Traditional pizza oven no conveyor belt
☎️ Phones YES, you actually have to answer them
📝 Orders YES, we still use pen and paper!
We need someone who is comfortable:
Rolling pizza dough
Working fryers
Using a grill
Working a pizza oven
Running a cash register
Talking to customers
Answering and properly using a two-line phone
Keeping up in a busy kitchen
Showing up on time and being dependable
We’re open 7 days a week, morning to night, so you need to be available for a good portion of our hours, including nights, weekends, and some early mornings.
We are pretty accommodating with schedules But we need someone with real availability, not someone whose availability looks like a three-hour window on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
