A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the Westmoreland Fair and supported us! We are so grateful for everyone who stopped by, grabbed an order, and helped make this such a successful week.

We served over 1,000 orders of cheese curds and more than 500 orders of poutine!

And a very special thank you to everyone who worked in the trailer. Your hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Taking home top honors is an absolute dream come true for our team. Cheese curds represent one of the fresest and purest forms and dairy, and winning with a product like that is a testament to our family's dedication to sustainable farming and the passion our team puts into cheesemaking every single day. We’re incredibly honored to stand alongside the finest cheesemakers in the country.

About the BBQ Chip Flavor... This was one of those end of day conversations we had as a cheesemaking team. We wanted a fun flavor to introduce to our customers. Since we already had many savory options, we sought something with a hint of sweetness that also reflected a classic Western Pennsylvania flavor profile.

Enjoy an evening with one of our cheesemakers as they walk you through curated pairings featuring our award winning cheeses.

Also included in the evening is a tour of our robot room where the cows are milked and a first hand look at where these bovine beauties spend their days.

Guest cheeses from around the Commonwealth will also be making an appearance! Bring your favorite bottle and spend some time relaxing and learning about an industry we love!



If you purchase a ticket to this event, we will have your reservation in our system the night of the pairing, no need to bring a ticket.
