We have been approved for a high tunnel, rotational grazing fencing, pollinator habitat, and a WELL !!

Onward and upward. Too many projects to count, but we know Whom we're counting on.

Did you knoooooooooow that ducks have a courtship dance, just like other birds?

Our Kahki Campbells will demonstrate.
Just dont expect them to have good rhythm.

This is the part of homesteading they don't talk about.

I just finished removing dozens of fly maggots from my rabbit's vent after soaking her bum in a solution of apple cider vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, and premetherin. The maggots were evacuating and dying on their own, so I didnt have to get too many with the tweezers.

Now, she's cozy, wrapped in a towel and munching on garlic tops and drinking an anti-worm tea made with garlic and clove.

Say a little prayer for Acorn! They say you cant cure an active case of fly strike, but I beg to differ!
