Hello there, friends!! There's a new spot in town, where you can pick up some of my Jerkies. Look for them in the lower level of the Scotsman USA gift shop (Scotsman Co. Snowball / Scotsman Snow). While you're there, grab a fresh cup of Big Ben's Blend coffee, or choose a soda from one of the coldest walk-in coolers, ever. The Napiers, Nowells, and Rasberries, who opened the Laurel Mercantile Co. & Scotsman, are all sweet folks who truly support American-made products. I appreciate them giving me the opportunity. Tropical Fusion - Brown Sugar, Mango, Pineapple, and Teriyaki flavors combine to give this Brisket Jerky a taste of the tropics. One customer calls it, “Candy Jerky.” It’s nowhere near the Spicy list.

Spicy Sweet – This tender Brisket Jerky has a rich flavor marinade with Sweet notes and a hint of Jalapeno. For my palate, I taste no spice at all. But, everyone is different. To me, it has more of a “Sweet & Sour Beef” flavor.
