September was Hunger Awareness Month! As part of the initiative, crew members from across FreshPoint Coastal visited the Maryland Food Bank to sort and pack food donations twice (totaling 60 hours of colleague service!) during September.

Leroy has been with our FreshPoint Coastal location for over 9️⃣ years!

He is dependable, on-time, and values the quality and importance of his work. As the lead for 'hot kitchen' items, his team is first in the grab-and-go assembly line, so it's important that they run seamlessly to keep production flowing. Leroy has a strong, mutual respect for his team and knows that when they are on the production floor, they function as one. Fernando M., Leroy's reporting manager, has worked with Leroy for eight years and holds him in high regard for the quality of his work and his bright personality.
