Well... getting ready for Christmas meals. Mother will be with me along with my brother. On the menu... sausage gravy over scratch made biscuits and scrambled eggs with cheese and juice of choice for breakfast. Appetizers of smoked salmon spread with assorted crackers, clam dip and chips, angel eggs courtesy of mother, assorted cheeses and Italian cold cuts. The dinner offering will be - fried fish, brown sugar glazed ham, hot dogs with home made baked beans, potato salad, mac and cheese, green beans, Brussel sprouts, and corn muffins. Desserts: cream cheese frosted ginger bread cake, pound cake, and something else or other. Seems like a lot, but I don't plan to cook for the entire weekend. Planing to be in my neighborhood?
