Thank you for welcoming us back with arms wide open, and WOW — it has been so wonderful seeing everyone again! ❤️ We’re loving the response to our new menu items, too! Unfortunately… 😱 **WE HAVE RUN OUT OF DUMPLING SOUP!** 😭

Our chicken stock is made completely in-house on our days off, so we’ll be back FULL FORCE with dumpling soup next week! 🍲❤️

🎉 WE’RE BACK! 🎉 We’re so excited to reopen and see everyone’s faces again! We’ve missed you! ❤️🤗

• Parking is AVAILABLE directly in front of the shop! (Shoutout to Knife River — we really appreciate the effort they’ve made to communicate with us and work around our little restaurant. Call on-site superintendent, Jack, if you have any questions; he is a gem! ❤️)

We’ve made some adjustments to our menu pricing as we reopen. The economy has been "insert choice words here": increased cost of supplies, taxes, insurance, diesel, beef. We're working harder than ever to keep prices down, standards high, and fresh, satisfying food coming out of our kitchen. Food for fuel baby! Thank you for continuing to support our little Korean kitchen. 🥹❤️ Come see us and get your Korean fix! 🇰🇷🍜

Four Oh Stix will be CLOSED September 9th–26th for a much-needed “catch up on life” break! ❤️

Come see us over the next TWO WEEKS before we close—we’d love to serve you one more time before we head out! 🥢 You can get your Four Oh Stix favorites in person, through online ordering at fourohstix.com, or on DoorDash.

As the Korean proverb says, “돌도 구르기 전에는 쉰다 / Even a stone rests before rolling down the hill.” We’re taking some time to recharge, find some balance, complete quarterly cleaning, and change up our dining room to set the stage for the holidays. 🇰🇷🥢

We’ll see you on September 30 with new menu items and a refreshed dining room! 🥳
