Shute’s 1890 Saloon just received its first case of Living Proof Kombucha, now taking its place behind the bar of the oldest saloon in Calumet. George settled on a case of Gingerbee which works great as a substitute for ginger beer in your favorite cocktails.

It’s been 50 years since the SS Edmund Fitzgerald was claimed by Superior, a lake that gives no warning. Like every year, today we raise a glass to the 29 men, forever bound to the strength and silence of the Great Lakes.

To those who sail it, and to those lost to it, we respect and remember.

We were lucky enough to get these bottles of kombucha to our good friend before he set sail. Fair winds and following seas, buddy!

Au Pear is back!
Our famous pear and chai spice kombucha is returning to Copper Country shelves this week and it’s just in time for sweater weather. Smooth, cozy, and perfectly balanced with a hint of spice. Totally worth the wait. 🍂
