Reicks View Farms is seeking a Mill Operator to join our feed mill team.
As a Mill Operator, you’ll have the following responsibilities:
- Review daily production records
- Schedule feed production
- Schedule employee shifts
- Assist in evaluating employee and equipment production
- Facilitate ingredient and feed sampling program
- Maintain standard operating procedures
- Perform various tests to ensure efficiency and performance standards are met
The ideal candidate is a team player, with basic mechanical skills and the ability to work in confined
spaces and at higher elevations. Previous feed mill or elevator experience is a plus but not necessary.
This position averages 50-60 hours per week and works Monday-Friday.
