🍍 🥥 CAKE OF THE WEEK 🥥🍍 We're squeezing out the last of the Summer vacay vibes with my Piña Colada Cake! You know, every week I get asked about a dozen times what my favorite cake is out of all the ones I make, and I always give a dozen non-committal answers. How could I choose a favorite out of all my babies? But no more, we're taking a stand today and I'm declaring it loud and proud. It's this one. This one's my absolute favorite of all time. This is, in my scientifically objective opinion, the best cake that I make. Yes, all the other ones are great, but between the soft moist pillowy texture, the warm flavors of coconut and pineapple, and the rich creamy smoothness of the coconut milk in the batter, this is the one that I look forward to the most each year. Yes, I know what you're thinking: "But Mr. CHONKY, I don't like coconut, and therefore haven't tried anything with coconut in it since 1992." And to that, I confidently say: I've converted MANY coconut-haters with this cake, so you should absolutely give it a try regardless of your prior preconceived Coconut Opinions! Who knows, you might also find a new favorite! 🤷‍♀️😏 Besides, it tastes like vacation, and who doesn't like vacation?

‼️🍑 NEW ITEM ALERT 🍑‼️ Y'all, it happened. I made Peaches and Cream Scones, and they're freaking delightful. Need I say more? You better hurry though cuz these things aren't gonna be around for long!

🧈 🍑 CAKE OF THE WEEK 🍑🧈 I'm buttering you up this week with my Brown Butter Peach Cake! It's all in the name, delicious ripe peaches meet the toasty richness of brown butter and warm spices, the perfect late-summer treat!

🍌 🍫 MUFFIN TIME 🍫🍌 I'm bringing back one of your favorites, my Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Muffins! They also have plenty of brown butter in them, but I just didn't have enough room to fit that in the name. 🙃🤣

‼️📣 NEW ITEM ALERT 📣‼️ I'm mixing things up this week with some new White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies! These delightful little cuties are stuffed full of REAL white chocolate, not those gross white baking chips. I was also feeling a little fruity (😏), so I decided to add in some candied dried cranberries just for an extra pop of flavor! Better hurry and get some before they're gone!

🍅🍫 CAKE OF THE WEEK 🍫🍅 You all raved about it last time, so I've brought it back for round 2, just in time for the market's 50th anniversary celebration this weekend! Get ready for the Midnight Garden Cake, an indulgent chocolate cake made with local tomatoes blended into the batter! This odd pairing is an old Great Depression-era concept, upgraded with rich dark chocolate and local tomatoes from ! Don't worry, it doesn't taste like tomato at all, they just add extra moisture, acid, and body to this already delicious chocolate cake! If you enjoyed my Death by Chocolate Cake, then you'll love this one! If you missed out on it earlier in the season, then this is your last chance until next year! Better hurry though, this one will definitely go fast!

Trust me, I'm not just biased when I say that you don't wanna miss this one. This tropical twist combines the delicious sweetness of Blackberries with the refreshing zest of citrus, and is topped with a pretty pink blackberry glaze! 🍫☕ CAKE OF THE WEEK ☕🍫 You love chocolate and you love coffee, so let’s have the best of both worlds with my Dark Chocolate Espresso Cake! This indulgent beauty starts with my rich Dutch-processed dark cocoa base, then mixed with a healthy dose of Repetition Coffee Disco Espresso, and finally packed with extra chunks of dark chocolate and topped with a caramel espresso glaze! 🍓‼️ NEW ITEM ALERT ‼️🍓 This one’s a sweet fruity twist on a crowd favorite: introducing my Strawberry Butter Cakes! These are my upgraded take on St. Louis style Gooey Butter Cake, except this time I added in a ton of strawberries into the gooey buttery layer. The result is a magically sweet fruity coffee cake that has a delightfully intense strawberry flavor! They’ll be around for a few weeks, so get them while you can!

🦅🇺🇸 MUFFIN TIME 🇺🇸🦅 We’re leaning into the 4th of July vibes with some ‘Murrica Muffins! These Red, White, and Blue beauties are packed with Strawberries and Blueberries, all shoved into a delicious banana bread breakfast muffin. Top it off with a shortbread crumble and a squiggle of vanilla icing, and you’ve got the perfect fruity combo all in a convenient muffin form!

They’re exactly what they sound like: a dark chocolate cookie dough base packed full of two different types of dark chocolate, baked to chewy perfection, and then topped with a sprinkle of sea salt. Am I crazy for trying to serve chocolatey treats at an outdoor event in July? Possibly… But when have I ever let logic and reason stop me when there’s chocolate on the line? 🫡😤🫠

‼️ PRE-ORDERS NOW OPEN ‼️ You've had Monkey Bread before, but wait till you try Chonky Bread! 🙈🍞 I start with soft pillowy brioche dough, coat it in cinnamon sugar infused with Madagascar vanilla beans, cover it in brown butter salted caramel, then bake it to gooey perfection! This decadent shareable treat is perfect for your 4th of July gatherings and events!

This is a one-week only special, so I'm now accepting pre-orders for pickup this Saturday at the 4th of July Market only! Just be sure to get your orders in by Thursday night or you might miss out!

I'll be selling them in 9-inch pans for $20, packed up in a convenient to-go container. It'll be the same portion size as what's shown in the picture here, which should be plenty for everybody at your gathering to get a tasty treat! I'll also be giving you reheating instructions so you can experience it fresh from the oven in all its gooey glory whenever you're ready to serve it!

Hurry up and get your Pre-orders in now! If you haven't already placed an order with me at market last week, message me here with your name and your order, and I'll have it ready for you this Saturday morning! Depending on how many orders I receive, I might not be able to bring enough extras to actually sell on-site at market this Saturday, so it's possible that this might be a pre-order only event!
