Trying out a new flavor this week. 😁 A client was ordering a birthday cake for a friend who loves cheesecake. Unfortunately, I don’t make cheesecake.

But what I DO make is a really delicious strawberry cake that I adapted by adding graham cracker crust between the layers and swapping out vanilla frosting for cream cheese frosting.

Spoiler alert: The scraps tasted AMAZING. I can’t wait to hear what they think. 🤞🏻

Typically, I shape my number cakes with a combination of round and square cakes, depending on the number (examples in the pictures below). But last week I saw a set of silicon molds with all 9 digits for a really good price, so I snagged the set and I am so excited to use my first one next week!!
