I cannot adequately express how excited I am about this cabinet my husband found for me on FB Marketplace. 😃😃😃

Up until now, my supplies were spread throughout the house. I had things under the bed, in my closet, in the pantry, on top of the kitchen cupboards, downstairs in the basement storage room. You name it, there was a baking supply there.

Most obnoxious of all, I had to pull my mixer out from behind a bunch of pots and pans in my bottommost cabinet every time I wanted to use it. 🫠

This may not be the appliance garage I one day dream of owning, but look where the mixer is now. Right at optimal grabbing level with nothing in front of it. ❤️ This is a game-changer, guys.

Trying out a new flavor this week. 😁 A client was ordering a birthday cake for a friend who loves cheesecake. Unfortunately, I don’t make cheesecake.

But what I DO make is a really delicious strawberry cake that I adapted by adding graham cracker crust between the layers and swapping out vanilla frosting for cream cheese frosting.

Spoiler alert: The scraps tasted AMAZING. I can’t wait to hear what they think. 🤞🏻
