Wine Club is in and we think your going to dig it! It's a familiar face with a story you may not know. The Cal-Italian movement started in the late 80's. Basically a handful of California growers came up with an idea: Italian grapes are perfectly suited for California's Mediterranean climate. So they went to work, planting, farming, and producing the Cal-Ital wines. Graziano Family of Wines has continued to produce these delicious wines through the years, and today you get to taste the fruits of their labor 🔥🍷

July Wine Club is taking us to the Rhône, a region full of diversity in both grapes and style. From floral whites to full-bodied reds, there's something for every wine drinker. You just need to know where to look. 👀

On the white side, we have a couple of wines from the Southern Rhône. These Côtes du Rhône whites feature Grenache Blanc and are incredibly food-friendly. On the red side, we're heading to the Northern Rhône, home of Syrah, to explore Crozes-Hermitage.

If you've ever wanted to do a side-by-side tasting, this is the month. You'll get to compare Emmanuel Darnaud's young vines and old vines. Both are fantastic, but each offers its own unique expression. We hope you enjoy! 🔥🍷

Some wines always hit and Stolpman Vineyards La Caudrilla is one of those wines. It's both delicious and a great value year after year.

BUT the story behind the wine is even better. Since Stolpman was founded, they have always put an emphasis on their vineyard workers, ensuring they had a career instead of just seasonal work. Stolpman's vineyard manager Ruben Solorzano took the idea a step further. He gave each crew member a block in the vineyard where they were responsible for all the decisions and farming, and eventually, Stolpman made a wine from that block. Today, the wine is a whole vineyard blend, sold as La Cuadrilla, with the profits going back to "The Crew". Sustainability on a different level 👍🔥🍷
