⚡️ Payne’s Pick! ⚡️

Payne may be new to Cork & Barrel but is a veteran in the industry and today his picks are Argiolas Costamolino Vermentino and Cambio Tequila Anejo. Payne chose this Vermentino because it is excellent on its own and its pairs well with food, especially chicken. Cambio Anjeo was an easy second pick for Payne because of its unique barrel aging, using not only French Oak Chardonnay barrels but also Cognac barrels. “This tequila is well balanced between oakiness and the natural sweetness of the Anjeo” says Payne, who suggests sharing with friends. A fun fact about Payne is he seeks out the heart of the city anywhere he travels, ingratiating himself to the local environment. Next time you’re at the 23rd St. location come say hi to Payne or try out one of his picks! Cheers
