Unlike other companies that harvest wheat grass after it turns into flag grass, we harvest only at a special time that occurs for a few days once each year. That's why our wheat grass has many times more nutrition than flag grass harvested several weeks after the wheat grass has disappeared. Our special harvesting machine harvests the nutrient-dense young grass so that it never touches the ground and is stored in the machine before being transferred to our low-temperature dying facility, which is only a few miles away.
