Alright everyone as promised here are all our kids that will be looking for new pastures.

We have two doelings left. One can be registered and will be weaned this weekend. The other is one of our nigerian/pygmy cross. If you are looking for good milk quantity and butterfat these girls should produce.

The rest are our bucklings. We have one graded nigerian weaning this weekend coming and the rest various dates. We have all color and sizes. The rest of the bucklings are nigerian/pygmy cross, except for one registerable buckling who will be weaned this weekend.

If you want cute, friendly, sleep in your lap and come with a little sass you are at the place 🤣. More info under pics.

Thelma finished our season out yesterday with 2 boys and one girl. Kidding went great and all babies are.doing great!

This finished our season with 30 live kids, 22 boys and 8 girls. Safe to say the boys took it this year 🤣.

Of those 30 we retained 1 doeling, Miss Abby and 2 bucklings, Archer and one of Laineys registered. The bucklings will be added in the new breeding season.

Now to find all that are still seeking new pastures to run through their greener grass 😀. But for now enjoy Thelma's triplets.

Shew it was an evening here on the farm. Willow had been showing signs of labor for most of the day. She finally started pushing at almost 5 pm: however she wasn't pushing much. She presented with a water bag and still very little pushing. She did have a sac bust and then another bust. We gave her about 25 minutes because sometimes they are slow at getting things going, but my gut was telling me something was wrong because I had felt and couldn't feel a baby right there. So I made the call to go in.

When I got to her pelvic bone I felt legs and a head followed by another head right beside it. Yep two trying to come at once. I attempted to get them untangled with no real luck. So we called the vet. Our vet is amazing and got coming this way. I gave willow a few to rest and decided to try again. By this time her labor was completely stalled. She was not pushing at all. I went in and I don't know how but I managed to get one of the babies in front of the other. So now was time to bring it out. And that other head I felt thats exactly what it was head only. I got the head out and managed to pull the body out. It took some time he was a big boy. Then I went in for the second one who was bigger and one leg and head. I managed to finally get him out. Both alive.

At that point I made the decision to give her a rest. Vet was on the way. I wanted her to look her over. The vet ended up pulling one more. He was all the way up in there. And gave her some medicine to help pass the placenta.

So what we thought was two boys and a girl initially turned into 3 boys. One over 5 lbs, one over 4 and one a little over 2. All have ate. Willow is doing good. She got prophylactic antibiotics and banamine once the placenta had passed. All babies have eat, placenta came out. They are bonding with momma. I got Daisy milked, babies fed and all goats fed and put up for the night. And now I am preparing to shower because I am covered in all kinds of gunk 🤣.

Pictured below is momma and her babies shortly after their ever so chaotic birth. I have always worried about this presentation as well as a tucked head presentation. I have two more does left to kid. Hopefully they give me nice normal easy presentations because these girls have put me through the manual this year with presentations.

Pippa had her babies today. Two boys and a girl! I finally got another girl off of her!. And the colors she gave, oh my! The one little boy was in a corner sleeping so I couldn't get a dry pic of him. The first one is the little girl and the other two are the boys. Momma did good all around with these ❤️

We welcomed two new babies to the farm last night! Louise figured a nice chilly night was a good time to let them be free. She had a big Ole buckling weighing in at 5.10 lbs and a not so little doeling coming in at 4.20 lbs. Mom did great with no problems and babies did well despite the cooler temps.

Now we are watching Pippa and Willow who were technically due Friday, but decided that was just a suggestion that they declined 🤣. So for now enjoy the cuteness of Louise's littles. I will be attempting better pictures and videos later on today, but they are just the cutest!

Nap time hit hards on the littles. Archer just couldn't hold his head up a second longer and Zoey had some very strong opinions to express mid nap 🥰😴
