We’re having breakfast this morning with some of the family. I took this picture and put it on Snapchat and as I was sending a picture to a friend I noticed that it looks like there are three crosses. How cool is that. Happy Easter everyone, hope you have a blessed day.

I’ve posted individual pictures, but did not make an album for this year so there’s quite a few that you may have already seen, but I want to save these for myself. And a busy couple weeks. Made some plum jelly, blueberry jelly, blackberry jelly, and I’m making blueberry butter right now which is kind of like apple butter. I have dried fig leaves, raspberry leaves, and rhexia Mariana flowers. My strawberries had to be replanted this year, so I didn’t have a crop to sell, but they are still producing, and I go out daily to get what I can. I will have enough by the end of this week to make one batch of strawberry jelly preserves.

We have had a busy season. Unfortunately, the blackberries did not do well, just a handful here and there. I do actually have Muscadines growing. That’s a first for us on the farm.
