🇲🇽✨ Come celebrate Mexican Independence Day with Ruthie’s Kitchen & RM Events! ✨🇲🇽

I love looking back at beautiful memories. ❤️ This photo is from September 24, 2022, when we were celebrating and sharing our food right from home. It’s incredible to see how much has changed since then! 🥹✨

This September 15th, we’re excited to celebrate with you again—but this time in a completely different setting: a beautiful outdoor garden space surrounded by nature, with gorgeous views and the perfect atmosphere to celebrate our Mexican traditions. 🌿✨

🌶️ The star of the day will, of course, be our traditional Chile en Nogada, prepared with all the authentic flavor and love of Ruthie’s Kitchen. ❤️🤍💚

Depending on the weather, we may also have delicious red or green pozole, enchiladas, and a few other Mexican surprises! This time, we want to bring you something different from our traditional tacos. 🇲🇽❤️

Qué privilegio estar viva , cumplir años y seguir cumpliendo sueños.

Hoy celebro con un corazón profundamente agradecido.

Gracias a Dios. Gracias a la vida. Gracias por cada experiencia, cada reto, cada aprendizaje y cada bendición que me han traído hasta aquí.

A mis 48 años puedo decir que me siento feliz, plena, realizada y orgullosa del camino que he recorrido. No porque todo haya sido fácil, sino porque cada paso me ha convertido en la mujer que soy hoy.

Cada año me gusta tomarme una fotografía para dejar un recuerdo de esta etapa de mi vida. Quiero que algún día mis hijos, mis nietos, mis bisnietos y todas las personas que han formado parte de este camino puedan ver quién fui, cómo viví y cuánto disfruté cada momento.
