We couldn’t let National Dog Day pass without shouting out these 3.

If you visit the farm, Delilah and Claire will more than likely welcome you. They love barking at visitors upon their arrival and getting all the love they can.

Arlo is generally out running in the pasture with the calves.

All 3 make sure predators stay away from all our live stock.

We are finally back from MO State Fair. Our kids did great at all their shows. We came home with some ribbons.

The best surprise we came home to was this little guy running around in the pasture.

Reba welcomed George while we were gone. Now we wait for Dolly, June and Loretta to have their babies.

When you are at MO State Fair and you get this sent to you by your husband.

Our son’s Black Langshan show birds hatched a chick right before we left. We tried to catch it before we took off with its mom and dad yesterday but it got away.

It was found safe by the cow pasture this evening. Now it will head to the brooder with our other chicks to hang out til it’s old enough to be in the pasture.

We are at the MO State Fair now (my husband tomorrow) til 8/16 and 8/18-8/23. We still have milk (thanks to our awesome friends) while we are gone and if you need anything just shoot me a text.

It’s been a lot of work and long time coming but we are hard launch the opening of our stand. It is open daily 8am to 8pm.

We have fresh sourdough bread and cookies. We do have gluten free cookies (baked in a place gluten is present).

We have Rainbow Ridge Ranch local grown cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, san marzano tomatoes, zucchini, squash, peppers, jalapeños, and seeded watermelon.

We also have fresh raw milk (jar deposit required) & cream available, along with farm fresh eggs.

We are on the honor system and accept cash or Venmo.

Come see us on this beautiful first day of August.

Miss Tilly joined the farm Sunday evening. She then decided to leave early Monday morning to get the lay of the land. She ended up a mile north of home at the neighbors. She returned home (via me picking her up) yesterday afternoon. She got to know the neighborhood and is safely secured in her pin.

The sheep decided to swing by the farm stand and see what was going on.

We will have bread, cookies, and produce in the stand starting Saturday.

Our stand will be open with produce and eggs every day and I will update on Facebook when bread is available.

Sugar gave a bit of a scare this evening. Her mom came in to milk and she wasn’t tagging along.

We found her hiding in the trees, staying cool in the shade. We can’t blame her for wanting to get out of this heat. Just not a fan of her hiding spots.
