Hey friends! 🌟 After a few busy weeks keeping up with work, I’m excited to be back at Lawton Farmers Market this week! 🥳
We’ve got a delicious lineup of macarons to sweeten your day: Pumpkin Cheesecake, Caramel Popcorn, Peanut Butter Chocolate, Cinnamon Roll, Nutella, and Blackberry Bourbon. And of course, our signature cannolis will be making their grand appearance too! 😋

Goodbyes are never easy… but cake sure makes them sweeter! 🎂✨ I had so much fun creating this farewell cake, and the gorgeous blooms from Scott’s House of Flowers made it even more special 🌸💐 Big thank you to them for adding the perfect finishing touch!

I’ll be taking this weekend off to recharge my ovens (and myself 😉).

As my trip to New Orleans comes to an end I’ve been doing some thinking.

Over the past few months, I’ve been on my own gluten-free journey — learning, experimenting, and tasting (a lot of tasting 😋). One thing became very clear: gluten-free doesn’t have to mean flavor-free.
I’m now working on adding gluten-free options to my menu that taste just as delicious as my regular baked goods. My goal is to create treats so good you won’t even realize they’re gluten-free — no compromises, no dry or bland bites, just the same love and flavor you know from Blue’s Bake House.
