Yes! Bread in fact has arrived! With salt this time!

Salt 🧂 Salt is a crucial step in bread making and is vital to gluten development and proper fermentation. Without it, the dough cannot trap carbon dioxide properly, the gluten structure falls apart and it rapidly over ferments. Just like this giant mess I made. Everything is a learning process and every step is equally important. I’ve made bread more times than I can count and for some reason today was a day I forgot salt. So, I’m so very sorry there will not be bread this weekend as this was also the last of my flour before next delivery. I will be opening up pre orders again here very soon! So please stay tuned ✌🏻♥️🌾
