Taught by our distiller, you will discover and try 4 variations of this classic drink. Pick up our favorite tips and tricks and be ready to impress your friends this year. The class is offered at 1:00 PM 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM and is only $30 (+tax) per person. Sign up on the website today. Dig it Dark: A tribute to our Layton Heritage, “Dig It - Dark” is an extra oaky version of our Dig It beet sugar spirit. 🍷 Plum W**e: Now available at the Hive W**ery & Spirits Company.

This w**e has a lovely golden orange color, almost a light amber, along with a floral and fruity nose. Bright and crisp on the front with a strong, lingering plum aftertaste. Not overly sweet and well balanced with a subtle complexity. Try it paired with pork or hard cheese.
