Time to fire up the grill ! We're serving up ridiculously good Alaska Grown Ribeyes and burger patties in a variety of flavors, because why settle for boring? You've got your classic plain awesome, bacon cheddar brilliant, bacon jalapeño cheddar fantastic, and more options like Wagyu Rib eyes or NY steaks . Our store is open until 6 pm today and don't forget we're back at it Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.

Freshly harvested pigs available for purchase. We have three pigs for sale, born and raised in Alaska. The price is $7.50 per pound based on hanging weight, including processing. Weights are as follows: two pigs at 249 pounds and one pig at 209 pounds. Custom cut orders are welcome. Please send a message to reserve.

To builders and contractors, we are offering away large quantities of fill dirt situated on the Palmer-Wasilla Highway near 49th Street Drive. Please be aware that you will need your own equipment to load and remove the material. Given our clientele of builders and contractors, we felt this opportunity worth sharing. There's also a substantial quantity of gravel that can be taken if someone committed to taking all the dirt at no additional cost. If you're interested, don't hesitate to get in touch.
