2025 Cracklin’ Coals BBQ season has officially began.. Even in the snow.. Firebull Charcoal andd BB Pecan Chunks cooked awesome !!Round 1 for the day Tritip injected with Allegro faijta and brisket, seasoned with Uncle Steve’s SPG & Magic Ribs, Chicken seasoned with Plowboys Yardbird, Compton Baked Beans, Grandma Meerman’s Bacon Mac & Cheese, and Salads. Grandma Meerman’so BBQ Sauce.. Round 2 coming later.. Firecups Firecups Firecups fastest way to light the coals!!!

It is finally here!!! We are super excited to put on this show!!! Saturday is going to be an awesome day.. The tables are all sold out dealers from multiple states. sports cards and memorabilia, pokemon, all the cards.. all profits from the autograph signings will go to support the Rau Family.. First Reformed Church next Missionary family!!!

So ran over to Casey’s Bakery in Sioux Center for Wednesday Night’s Doughnuts After Dark!! got some Bagels came home toasted a Blueberry one and covered it with Uncle Steve’s Shake Sweet Dessert Shake!!! Tonight we grillin’ on the Cracklin’ Coals Pitmaker grill. Giving the Vault a night off. We cooking some sirloins, bacon wrapped pork chops, and venison backstrap!!! Cooked over a bed of Firebull Charcoal lit with a XL Firecup!! All seasoned with a mix of Uncle Steve’s Shake Magic Rib, Lawry’s Garlic Salt and Kinder’s Peach Habenro!!!!

Well it has arrived at the Cracklin’ Coals HQ!! Super Stoked to announce we have joined the Firebull family and are super excited see where this adventure goes!!! FIREBULL CHARCOAL!!! It pairs up amazing with the FIRE-CUPS from Tiger McCool, I absolutely love burning this stuff in the Cracklin’ Coals Pitmaker.. If you are in NW Iowa or close to it and want to try this new product or the Fire-cups get ahold of me!!!

Well tried out the new charcoal today in the Cracklin’ Coals Pitmaker: FIREBULL CHARCOAL !! Started it with XL firecup from . We made Tri-tip injected with brisket and fajita. Seasoned with a concoction of mixed mixed seasonings Magic Rib, jolly roger jalapeno and garlic, Yardbird and peach habenero.. along with a couple pans cheesy greek potato dish seasoned with a mix of greek seasoning and greek flavor.. Super stoked to be asked to try the Firebull Charcoal.. Clean burn and continued controlled heat and amazing flavor to the Tri-tip and potatoes!! It was amazing will be adding Firebull charcoal and tri-tip to the Cracklin’ Coal team!!!

Yesterday on the 4 year anniversary of my dad going to his heavenly home, I was blessed with the opportunity to feed our local armory as they returned from training!! My dad a was a big supporter of me learning to bbq. I said when I got my trailer I would honor him and all his fellow veterans by feeding our troops when I could. This was first my time doing it since getting the Cracklin’ Coals Pitmaker.. What an honor to do on a special day in my heart!! The 113 gave me a new sticker for my trailer so I am honored put it on!! God Bless our troops!! Miss ya Pops!!!
