Chow time for these Wagyu/Akaushi feeders! Soon some will be headed to a new home, some into our fattening pen and most of the heifers out to grass!

Some pics from our fall calving season! We purchased a herd from Caney, including our new Akaushi bull, Sampson. We bought 2 3n1s and 8 fall calvers. This calving season blessed us with 6 bulls and 2 heifers! We can’t wait to watch them grow!

About us:

We started raising butcher beef 8 years ago. We started with 4 steers and have been changing and growing our business since.

We moved on to raising dairy cattle, nurse cows, angus cows and crossed them with our limousine bull, Duke.

Wes started talking about Wagyu cattle and how he wanted to raise them. He did endless amounts of research as well. One day, Wes received a call from someone wanting to put a few steers in with ours to finish them out. Turns out, this guy raises Wagyu!

The rest is history. We made a great new friend, and bought our first Wagyu cows/heifers from him. Slowly and steadily growing our herd with the help of our registered Wagyu bull, Homer! He has thrown some very nice babies our way, we can’t wait to see how they turn out!

We have another up and coming Akaushi(red wagyu) bull named Tank. He will be placed on some first time heifers this fall and we are looking forward to seeing what he produces.

We currently still offer Angus/Limousine beef as well, however we would like to be strictly Wagyu within the next 2 years. We sell by the quarter, half and whole. Hit us up if you are looking for some locally raised, grass fed, grain finished beef!
