Looking for a fun, easy way to use our dried chilies? Try making your own Chili Oil! This amazing condiment is a must have for Eastern cooking. Spice up your curries, pho, dumplings & stir-fry or use as a spicy condiment on brats, pizza, and hot wings. A great alternative for folks looking for something a little less acidic then hot sauce but remember that these are not shelf stable - must be refrigerated!

Interestingly, Thai Chilies are a Capsicum Frutescens like other small pointy peppers that point to the sky while growing (like bird's eye chilies, tabasco chilies, etc) and not a Capsicum Annuum (like jalapenos, bell peppers, etc). Can you name all 5 species of pepper?
