Made focaccia out of Beer Bread Mix this past weekend. It is super easy and delicious!!
Preheat oven to 425*
1 box of Beer Bread Mix
1 can or bottle of beer
Seasonings and add in are up to you. I did Garlic Garlic, Rosemary and Grated Parm. You can add shredded Mozz, Rustic Herb, Onion Onion or any kind of seasoning or cheese you like.

I did mine on a cookie sheet (9x13 or so). Put down a little olive oil on your sheet. Mix your beer and Beer Bread Mix. Pour out onto your cookie sheet and shape into a round about 1" thick or so.
Top with your favorite toppings. I used roasted tomatoes, parm and a little oil. Cook for 20-25 minutes
